I have said it before, but I will say it again; we are living in wild times. I am reminded almost daily that someday, this present will become history, and I am living through a time that will be talked about for years to come.

Today, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi launched a formal impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump for his alleged use of power in manipulating a foreign nation for his own political gain.

Meanwhile, I was registering people to vote.

Nobody knows what is bound to unfold in the next days or weeks, but one thing can be certain: it will be historical. Perhaps an insignificant day for me will evolve into a major day in the history of the United States. Maybe a different scandal will pop up to blow this one out of the water.

Whatever happens, I want to remember as much as possible, because one day it will be our job to tell the history that's happening before our eyes.
