Blog #226: Really New Shoes

I've bought a lot of different shoes in my life... trust me.

Chucks, stilettos, loafers, tennis shoes, boots, wedges, Chacos, dance shoes; you name it, I've bought them.

Yet, today, I was faced with the task of buying shoes I've never, in my life, bought before: cleats.

I've been needing to buy some cleats for lacrosse, especially in order to break them in before our first set of games in a couple of weeks.

Did I have any idea what I was looking for? Not really. Did I buy the cheapest pair in the store? You betcha.

I guess at this point I can just add cleats to the list of new things I do and wear for the sake of lacrosse. (The goggles too.)
