I talk about you all the time

You're smart and driven and oh so kind

You made me better in so many ways

We laughed and sang to fill the days

Lost phones and River and afternoon talks

Not a moment of silence on our Terra Bites walks

The hardships and food and autos we shared

Along with the dancing nobody else dared

Helped form the base of a friendship so sweet

Without you my journey could not be complete

A semester in India's all that we had

And parting our ways made me so freaking sad

But our bond is much stronger than being apart

I can count on you always to help heal my heart

Thank you for everything, both big and small

I'll see you so soon, and we'll all have a ball
