Blog #207: Fractions

If you recall elementary school

and the fraction homework I

presume we all had to do

You'll remember that

1/21 is smaller than

1/15 is smaller than

1/10 is smaller than

1/5 is smaller than

1/2 is smaller than

1

And that's why

My 21st year is shorter than

My 15th year was shorter than

My 10th year was shorter than

My 5th year was shorter than

My 2nd year was shorter than

My 1st year

Which is basically my attempt

at explaining mathematically

why time keeps going faster

the older I get

I didn't know a thing about fractions in any sense at this point in my life and what a blissful time I imagine that was.
