Blog #196: A Really Long Day

After last night's shenanigans and staying up much too late, today was a bit... rough. Actually, a better way to say it is probably that the day was just very long.

From a 7am wakeup call to a Marshalls/Target/Sam's Club trip, from a nap mid-"Princess and the Frog" movie sesh to a tipsy night of re-unpacking our apartment (and all the actual orientation work we did in between), this day has really been a long one.

Needless to say, I'm thankful for the day off we have tomorrow. We may be brunching at 11, but no doubt I'll be asleep until 10:55 at least.

P.S. Mine and Ally's apartment is starting to really come together in a thrifted-helter-skelter type of way. We have art and nice new beds that are mold-free and a bar cart too! I'm very excited for what is to come.
