Blog #162: PIZZA!

Today, I used my cheat meal (from my veg/gluten free/dairy free week).
After watching a show at the Laugh Factory, the three of us went for some pizza. In regard to this week's diet, pizza is kind of a killer. Gluten in the crust, dairy in the cheese, and often, meat as the toppings... It just doesn't work.
Still, I'm a sucker for some pizza. It's just so freaking good! So, I was glad to spend my cheat meal on it tonight.
After this, I came to the conclusion that I'd be willing/able to give up meat/dairy/gluten when cooking for myself, but when with others, especially eating out, it's a bit more difficult to maintain. Because of this, in the future, I can maintain a mostly meat/dairy/gluten free diet, but be lenient with myself in certain situations. I still think it'll be beneficial!
