Blog #160: People Watching

Here is a list of things I saw today while people watching...

1. A couple walking in perfect unison. Same foot, same stride, same arm swinging. They walked like that for at least the length of an entire city block before they left my line of sight. It was so coordinated I thought surely they must have practiced. This was also my favorite sight of the day.

2. An old-ish man (say 65) running in "short shorts," sweating profusely.

3. Many girls posing for serious Instagram pictures.

4. Three Spaniards seemingly excited to be in the city (my guess based on their appearance and the accent I could pick up on their Spanish).

5. Too many people with their noses in their phones.

6. Tom Hanks

7. Just kidding I didn't see Tom Hanks but I saw a man who kind of looked like him.

8. An excited mother taking photos of her not-so-excited daughter.

9. Kids in swimsuits and beach hats, walking to the fountains behind me.

10. Adults and children alike splashing in the water of the fountains.
