Blog #122: Rocketman

Today the family went to see 'Rocketman,' the new movie about Elton John 's life, and I must say that I loved it. Not only was the film fun to watch and visually stunning in a lot of ways, but it was also honest and very real. Amongst worries that the film was going to gloss over his addictions and shy away from his gayness, they did quite the opposite, fully embracing and displaying both of those things to create an accurate depiction of Elton's life. Plus, of course, the music was great.
